Let’s be honest for a minute, how many of you have found a recipe that looks absolutely delicious, but one glance at the ingredients and method just make it all seem like too much work? I for one have been guilty of this more than a few times! So when my friend sent me this raw blueberry, fig and coconut cream cheesecake recipe from Frankie Magazine, I thought I would give it a go and prove myself wrong!
