Vegan Nachos

Having those cravings for something tasty but can’t be bothered to spend too much time in the kitchen? try these delicious vegan nachos!


1/2 pack of byron bay corn chips

1/2 tin of byron bay salsa (or any vegan salsa, I sometimes use Doritos’ version)

3 tablespoons Tofutti sour cream

2 cups Daiya cheese (again, any vegan cheese will work nicely, Daiya is definitely my favourite though!)



Place the corn chips on a baking tray and pour over the salsa. Add the cheese and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat until cheese is melted and stretchy! Place on a plate with some sour cream and enjoy!
